FollowUpThen is a simple tool that allows you to send an e-mail to a specific address and in return, it will send that back you after a certain amount of time. For example, if I send an email to:
- 9days@followupthen.com
Then 9 days from now, that e-mail will be sent back to me. Similarly, you can also send mails to:
- 21November2021@followupthen.com
- nextWeek@followupthen.com
- monday@followupthen.com
- christmas@followupthen.com
- etc
Why would you want to do this?
I use it to remind myself of various things. For example, friend asked me to water their plants next Thursday? Send a mail saying "Water Bob's plants!" to nextThursdays@followupthen.com. However, I currently mainly use it to send myself links that I might not want to read right now but would like to come back to at a future date.
